This place is a JOKE, ROBBERY

Wow,...on that last posting above.........I dont agree at all on your opinion of Screamers Hollow--- as we went saturday night with our work group and we had a ball. The hayride was really good.....and it was nice to just ride and enjoy something new in the area. The sets were very cool.......plus that guy on the bridge thing was wild!! We all went through terror on the boggs after and my brother went through this tunnel and got the crap scared of them.... they were hidden behind this wall and we had no clue it was Coming. The ghost story area was nice and spooky especially with all the torches. The whole place was fired up and we had alot of fun. It was well worth it!!! I would rate it a 4!!

OK. My turn to voice my trip to Screamers Hollow. WAY COOL!!! I went with 18 co workers saturday night and we had so much fun, and we were there for 3 hours. We all bought tripple threat tickets.........so we took the hayride......and it lasted like 45 mins. Very very entertaining, the scenes and stops were great, and I dont want to give away what happens or what you see, but it's a really good ride, so grab a blanket and some friends and go enjoy it. I had not been to a haunt like this except in MI....and most around here local are all 6 or 8 bucks, but dont really give much for entertainment. This plae was 17.50...and it was really good. The drive is a little far, but it was worth it. I had one co worker get chased out of the Asylum by this character and he almost pushed over the whole wall. I think it was nice to finally go to something new in the area and have it be different, at the same time. You could roam on the grounds here all evening long. We came from Utica, and will be returning next saturday with family. I rate Screamers Hollow a 4.5!! Go see it!! HAPPY HALLOWEEN EVERYONE

Theres nothing around like it because it's damn awful for the cost. Yes, you can sit around and watch a band. Thats not what we go to a haunted house for. I can hear piano music in a fancy restaurant too, but do you think I want to go if the food sucks!
Screamers hollow missed the mark for the 2nd year in a row. I wont go for a third. I read the newspaper this morning and almost spit my coffee out when i saw what they spent. this guy izzos who set up screamers hollow worked at disneyland. DISNEYLAND. The place least synonymous with scary on earth?

I dissagree with the posting above . My two cents might matter to someone, so here goes. I have been to many haunts around this area, almost everyone actually, and I have seen the good and bad at every one. People who want gore and guts...will never find it ( thats for movies and tv) people who want a scare, can be at any haunt out there...but there isnt a one that is perfect for everyone. Opinions are too wide spread. I know people who jump at nothing, and then there are people who take so much to be scared. There are several haunts local here, most the same, same price, nothing different.....but Screamers Hollow, though priced higher( not offensive) at all, is by far just really different........they are more haunt fest...more showy....just not what people are use to. The mere fat you can wander the grounds slowly, enjoy your evening, is entertaining for sure. We did all 3 attractions and really had a good time there. It is not the 'norm" in this area, in a good way!! I rate them a 4....and would certainly go again. Two thumbs up to SCREAMERS HOLLOW....nice job to all of you!!

Never said that i wanted the guts...and Blood or anything like that but it would have been nice to jump every once and a while... really i wasnt skerd one time there at any of the attractions..... and i do scare easy..... i think i was more skerd on the ride out there driving to the middle of no ware.....and oh yeah the price!!!! 30 bucks? really? ?? So not worth it... i dnt know if maybe it was cold and ppl didnt want to work or what? ? .... im sure half the ppl on here saying that it was worth it are ppl that work/ promote this..... but really no one that i no would enjoy this unless they were around the ages of 5-10......

;D I went to Screamers Hollow this past weekend and to be very honest here, My whole group had a great time. We did all 3 attractions.........and the asylum was a riot........and my two neighbors got chased by this red haired guy who got them good!! The hayride was really long, and for us, it was the best we have seen this season. We really liked the carnival area.........and the whole ride was enjoyable ...! The boggs walk was good too, and though I cant compare anything from last year ( as we hadnt been before) we had a riot this year. We did go see the live shows and we all sat on benches to hear NIK & THE NICE GUYS. This place is great in the fact you can wander like a field days and have games and shows to watch...not just hurry through like most haunts. There isnt a haunt out there that really can get me good, I am very hard to spook...however I think this place, like every other local place was very very good and entertaining. Its something very different and new....and I think you will see get huge( as fucillo says!!) in time!! I give it 2 thumbs up .!! HAPPY Halloween everyone........go have some fun

Anyone who finds screamers hollow anything but the frightless joke that it has been for 2 seasons is an easily entertained mental midget. And I doubt that any entire 'work group' enjoyd it in any way. Maybe they just didn't want to rain on your parade and tell you how much they thought it sucked since it was your idea and you liked it so much? Since they had a stupid bar band playing in the background I couldn't really enjoy it. What a waste of a great setting. Clearly the organizers are out of their league by faaaarrrr. It's like a fry cook trying to run a gourmet restaurant. There are endless possibilities, but they simply don't see them. I was more afraid and impressed when I'd go to Switz's in October. screamers hollow is just that. Hollow
