Next on our Tour De Scarycuse, Fright Nights at the Fair. Local special- buy 2 bags of candy at P&C grocery stores, show the receipt at the service desk and get a free ticket good for 1 attraction or $10 off the combo ticket for the Fair. Speaking of which, the combo ticket's the way to go to get the best boo for your buck. All 5 houses and the hayride for $20($10 with voucher from P&C). As far as the hayride goes, it must have been the most disappointing part of the night. Certainly not worth the $15 if purchased separately. The only thing they had going for them in the multiple wagons, which made the line go fairly quick. The houses seemed to be a hit for the high school crowd, many of the scares again predictable. 3D house probably the least scary. We were "got" twice throughout the night, both by actors dressed in the same material as the walls, blending in so well you don't realize they're there until you jump a little from them appearing out of "nowhere". Overall, more geared toward the school crowd, and those wanting to do the most for less.
