:'( :'( :'( :'(Screamers Hollow - Haunted Hayride, the absolute WORST! went Saturdays 10/16 waited in line one hour and 45 minutes to go on hayride. About 15 minutes or so into the ride our wagon separated from the tractor pulling it, while going down hill. the tractor driver had no idea he had lost his wagon until we passed him. We side swiped trees and hit a tree at the bottom of the hill which stopped our wagon. People where banged and bruised but the staff choose to continue the ride (without asking if anyone wanted to leave) after they pulled our wagon out and connected it to the same tractor. They did not check the wagon to make sure there was no damage. After about 5 minutes it was very apparent there was something wrong with the wagon, so they unloaded us into a field beside the trail where we waited for about 20 minutes for another wagon to come pick us up and continue the ride. By this time I and others where done, we just wanted to leave it wasn't fun anymore. But again no choice was given. We where told while waiting for a rescue wagon the we could get a refund at the office when we got back. When we all (everyone on the wagon) went to get a refund the staff was rude, uncaring and laughing about the whole incident and that we felt we where due a refund and to fill out accident reports. All of this combined with the outrageous prices, VERY, VERY EXPENSIVE! I would not recommend this haunt nor will I ever go back! :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

Wow that sounds incredibly dangerous and scary... at least you got them to give you a scare at all, from what I hear most people walk away unscared. Also good thing it didn't happen near the dunking pond, that could have ended up much worse.
