This "Haunted Hayride" was not what it said on the website!! First, we were one of the first few people there and were told that the next tractor would be along in 15 minutes!! It was more like 45 minutes! When the tractor finally did come, they squeezed as many people as they could on it and told us to "sit on laps"! Are you kidding? We just paid $10 each, we were not about to sit on laps! We rode the "OVERLOADED" hayride to the top of a hill, and the whole time, we smelled rubber burning and seen sparks flying out of the tractor! There was no "spooks" or anything scary the whole ride to the top! When we got to the top, we were waiting in line to go into the "Haunted Maze". Which was actually a muddy trail through the weeds. The trail part was "o.k." really not worth 10 bucks though! When we came out of the trail, we were loaded back onto the hayride, which didn't have enough seats to fit everyone they brought up on the first ride! So we had to ask if they could make room for our 6 year old son to sit, while my husband and I had to stand up the rest of the ride back down the hill, which is NOT easy when riding through a muddy field on a tractor drawn trailer! A few people almost fell a couple times while trying to hang on to the sides of the trailer. My son almost fell out while he was sitting and the tractor stopped quick so he wouldn't run over his own dog, which did have its own seat up and down on the ride! Also, there were no signs in front of the attraction to tell you that you were there and there are no lights of any kind in the "parking lot" and you had to just guess where to park. People were just kind of parked all over in no particular order. There were NO refreshments of ANY kind, but they did have a bowl of mints! This "Haunted Hayride" was NOT worth the ride there or the money! It was very disappointing to say the least! We are not going to this attraction next year!!
