I have been going to the Trail of Terror in Volney, NY since the Fall of 1992. I will say it is becoming more of a disappointment each year. This past weekend only did the outdoor trail so can't rate indoor. Good thing was short line as early in season. They now are charging for all entering which is good to keep young kids in check. Needs to have more scenes. Will not comment on particulars but original walk in you are expecting a certain kind of thrill and you don't get that. Second scene the girl was the best actress and played her part well. The other scenes not that great. The scenes near end had some great male actor sounds. Liked the torches added ambiance but was expecting something big and didn't get it. Overall sad but I am a fan and always go every year. Enjoy the large fire, love the movies that play. Not much food this year either (popcorn? candy apples? cider?) My whole family goes and we all feel the same way!
