Last year I won tickets to the Last Ride via Scarycuse.com. Now I wasn't quite sure what to expect since I hadn't been there before. My wife and I started our trip into the middle of nowhere (yeah losing cell phone service was the first creepy thing about this place) and thank god the gps stayed working until we were almost there. As we pulled up I have to admit I wasn't excited looking at the front of the place. My first reaction was that this was going to be very boring and a waste of time for the drive I just put in. Damn was I wrong.
The first thing we did was the Haunted house, which I found to be extremely entertaining. It takes alot to get me to jump, and I did multiple times here. Being so far away from civilization def added to the creepyness of the place. The actors in the house were great and didn't go overboard.
Next we did the chamber, which again as I sat down I figured would be boring. Again I was wrong. It was great that we got sat down with a room full of 12 year old girls. The more frightened we acted (yes we acted) the louder and more out of control the girls got. It was def a good time in the chamber.
We then went on the hearse ride, and being shut in a car seemed rather stupid to me..."what so they bang on the windows? yeah thats scary......" This ended up being such an amazing ride. At every stop the actors would open up the doors and yank people out of the car. I swear one kid about 15 looked like he was gonna piss his pants. The clown tent was one of the coolest stops i've ever seen on a ride.
All in all I have to say this was an amazing attraction, and I will def be going again. Completely worth the drive, and one of the better haunts i've been to in quite some time. Thank you Scarycuse for turning me onto this place and thank you Last Ride for putting on a great show....
