I went to screamers hollow this past weekend. We never got scared once and my girlfriend is a total wimp so that tells ya something. the workers clearly didn't event TRY to scare us which pisses me off after spending that kinda off money. guess they were too cool.
It was expensive and so friggin far that when your done with it its already way to late to go somewhere else. Don't waste your time and money on this dump. whoever set this up obviously knows nothing about haunted houses.

My experience to Screamers Hollow this past weekend was very good. I guess everyone has an opinion, and a different view , no matter where you go. My drive was from rome, so it was long to get there, but really really liked it all. We paid for a combo ticket and went through 2 attractions. The hayride was long and we loved it!!! We had grabbed some hot cocoa and cookies and my wife took ablanket along as it was chilly....but the sets they have are huge.very lit up..........and I really like the guy on the tall tower who attacks everyone. We did the live stage shows too......plus in the ceneter of the village there was a band on this big stage with fire pits around..........and this scale show was really cool to watch. We did the terror on the boggs walk and i actually got scared by this demon thing out of nowhere! We had burgers and drinks and then hung out to just enjoy the grounds. So I guess I would say....it was certainly a nice haunt, good entertainment.........and nie new change of pace!!

;D So loved SCREAMERS HOLLOW.........the place is like nothing else around here. You can hangout all night long. The hayride is totally awsome...........very long( about 40 mins) big sets....lots of lights and tricked out well. Check it out , as alot of us from Utica and rome area have been telling everyone since we went, it's really a good haunt. Thanks for listening....!

I heard Utica has the best haunt in cny. I'm going out there next weekend cant wait!

Awesome? LOL and just what was awesome about it? The HOUR drive? The SLAP IN THE FACE price? The fact that you NEVER get scared once and if you're lucky, the monsters will act like they care that you're there (cuz they sure as hell didnt for us)? Maybe it was the local rock band that you can see in any dive bar that you loved. I can't imagine wtf you were so impressed with. Screamers Hollow sucks. Thats my story and I'm stickin to it!  Maybe instead of going around commenting on everyone elses review, you can just write your own, and move along! |

Jose,
Great vocabulary and extensive use of the English language. Maybe if you cleaned up your commentary here some reading this may actually listen that you have something worthy to say.
I've been to many haunts across NYS and will say Screamer's Hollow offers alot that most other attractions do not. I personally like it and so did all of the large work group I went with.
No be sure to be clever and write something really witty, Oh I'm sorry, forgot whom I was addressing, Just try your best anyhow.... Happy Halloween
