I hate to give it a thumbs down, but its not a thumbs up either. more in the middle. I cant find it now, but BADKLOWN made some great points in his post. I agree with it. Some people will find one thing scary scary, others will not. The issue I have is when you can see that the workers are putting NO effort into scaring you. It feels like you gave your hard earned money to the wrong place. That is my personal experience with screamers hollow. Everything else about it was very cool, and they definitely did not skimp. They have huge robotic creatures, great sound systems with custom music that actually goes with the scares, these are details you do NOT see at other places. nothing compares in that aspect nobody can argue that. the drawback is the scares. they werent well thought out in the least bit. and in fact, I'd say alot of the "haunted" parts of screamers hollow werent thought out at all. Nobody made any real effort to jump out at us, and the one guy that did, you could see coming a mile away. the design is flawed. Just my opinion of course, and everybody's a critic, but with all that build up with no scare leave you feeling let down.
I'd recommend going to screamers for a fun night out with a hayride, and skip the extra $ attractions. They add up $ and they only left us wanting for a better haunt.
